Products Per Page - by James - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Having some problems with the amount of products per category page. In the admin > I have set Products per row: 4 and Products per page: 20 > however when you visit these category pages, you will see that this is not correct?

Hello,

As I see you’re using old theme version.
Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

You created empty FTP account. There are no files.
Please give us access to the site files via FTP.

Hello,

I checked this issue with default Woocommerce theme Storefront and it persists there too. So it’s not related to our theme but to Woocommerce configuration.
We recommend you to contact their support to investigate this issue.
