Hey, I want to use the demo-content like this: https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=16104&et_styles=0-1-1-3-0-5

After I click on “install base demo content” I get this message:

Warning: file_put_contents(https://8theme.b-cdn.net/www/htdocs/w0125f77/mkb-consulting.de/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/tmp/tempSliderZip.zip): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /www/htdocs/w0125f77/mkb-consulting.de/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/import.php on line 55
    Success!

If I click on “Install version” my site looks so: http://mkb-consulting.de/

    What a shit!

Where is the megamenu? Where is the demo content for the “corporate one page”?

    Help, please!

Another problem – you write in your documentation: Upload file and next push Import Slider button. You can find archives in Documentation folder of theme package.

But in the documentation folder there is no archive with the slides.

    Hello,

If you got “Permission denied” then try to change permissions to 777 with recursion for /wp-content/themes/royal/framework/tmp folder and re-import content. If it does not help provide FTP and admin panel accesses.

Okay, now it works, but on the site I get a new error message: Warning: imagepng(https://8theme.b-cdn.net/www/htdocs/w0125f77/mkb-consulting.de/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/tmp/551832475.png): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /www/htdocs/w0125f77/mkb-consulting.de/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php on line 143

And here are some other error messages: http://mkb-consulting.de/?page_id=5063

And where can I get the demo sites like “shortcodes”… you show here? https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=16104&et_styles=0-1-1-3-0-5

Hey, this is the message I get from my hoster:

The error reports the open_basedir has gripped this monitor scripts and websites on the file accesses that take place this ONLY within the own accounts. Once a file is to be called outside of the folder, you get this error message. This should take care of your developers so.

    Hello,

Images for Team member element were not set, that’s why you saw that error. If you use this element, images is a required area to fill in.
