Fatal Error in header forces website go white screen

Hello again!
I’m having a problem with my website.It just got white screen again(it happens almost every month since using legenda theme and i was just solving it with restoring the data,i didnt know how else to fix it).
So i contacted again with my hosting provider to check it out and they told me that in the error_log file there is a fatal error in the header that causes my site’s problems.The line with the error was:
[Thu Sep 11 08:26:36 2014] [warn] [client 62.103.25.146] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /var/www/vhosts/materia.gr/httpdocs/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

They told me that the fuction is not working properly and if i dont fix it the site will be getting down again.Can you help me fix this?
The site is materia.gr

As we speak i had to restore again to an older version of my files so the site goes up again,so you wont be able to see the white screen anymore.But i still have to fix this so i dont loose my work every time this happens.

Hello,

After which actions are you getting these issues?
Please note that up this problem can be caused by using the automatic update when you don’t have enough disk space. If that is the case, free up some space on your server, then upgrade WordPress or theme to the latest version manually.

I was working on some pages of the site many hours earlier before it got down.Everything were ok until I got a message from BruteForce plugin late at night that my webpage is down.
I remember having this specific error about the header many times before but i didnt know what really meant so i was just restoring to previous version.Therefore i dont use automated updates,i update everything manually.*How can this happen even on days i dont add or change anything?
The guy in the hosting provider told me that is an programming issue(as i wrote in previous message) and some repair on that php file should be done,but i have no idea how to do it 🙁

*also the hosting package im using says it has unlimited space

As wp-blog-header.php is WordPress file, not our theme, we recommend you to contact WordPress support. They should advise you some solution.
