Video Display Single Product Page – Truncated View

PLease see this link: http://www.exteriorcoatings.com/shop/micro-seal-water-repellent/ I have tried adding a youtube video using iframe on the single product page to the Custom Tab and also to the YTTH Tab Plugin Video tab and both show the same result. Vertical height is only maybe 5% to 10% of the total view that should be there. Width seems to be ok. The iframe video works fine on the link next to the product picture. How do I fix?

Hello,

Do you have this issue with our theme only? Try to add this video in Product description tab and enable Storefront theme. In case the issue persists with our theme only reply back and provide temporary admin panel and FTP access.

YES. I added the youtube iFrame to the Product Description tab, I saw the video frame just fine in the backend and hit save. When looking at the frontend the product no longer loads at all but just shows the moving figure 8 and never loads. On the Storefront theme it is not a pretty sight :), but the iFrame shows up where it should on the Single Product Page and works as it should, SO it is just Xstore theme problem. As stated before: Only can load iFrame video for use next to product picture. Does not load on product description tab and only shows less than 10% vertical height on Video Tab or Woo Commerce Tab.

Please, don’t post access to your site in the main content. Use Private Content area.
Also, I can’t login with credentials you provided. We need both WP admin panel and FTP access to find the issue and fix it.

I have attached log-in information in Private. I am still having problemm of videos not showing up on video tabs. Check Micro-seal and Clear-seal in search for product to view that only 10% of the vertical height of the iFrame shows up

Sorry about that, I fixed it. I am not really sure what is going on, but When first going to a particular product on either mobile or desktop, everything works. Then as a move around the site, using links and searches to other products. the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION field will disappear on mobile and on desktop view the videos will only display 10% on the Video Tab and the Custom CSS you gave me for moving the Clear text from under the Choose an Option to the side stops working on Single Product Page. Also the ADD TO CART BUTTON is now on the side, not to the right of the – 1 + button.

Hello,

Do you use some caching plugin? Try to turn it off and also disable all additional plugins one by one to see which one is causing this problem.
