Error on My Account Page - by DALight - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello There,

after installing Woo 2.2 yesterday i got this Error on my Account Page:
Warning: Missing argument 1 for WC_Order::__construct(), called in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/myaccount/my-orders.php on line 42 and defined in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-order.php on line 19

here the line 42
$order = new WC_Order();

here the line 19
public function __construct( $order ) {truct( $order ) {

Can somebody help me here out please?

what do you mean is not leading?

I tested the ftp Address i gave you and the ID/PW for wp admin all working fine for me.
