Hi,
I updated the theme to 3.5.
On my startpage I used the Static Block “Prefooter” like in your demo. Today I discovered, this prefooter and the widget area are not shown. In the theme options “Enable static blocks” is on.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
We can’t login with that password. Please, check the details.
Hi Serg,
sorry for the inconvenience.
Please try this one.
We see that static blocks work correctly in your admin panel https://gyazo.com/1c47c3ff066b04e208c2fedfefc9c77a
Serg,
before the update, the startpage looked liked this:

Now the prefooter and the widget area on the startpage has gone. I did not change anything.
Any ideas why?
Regards
We see that you have removed widget from the Prefooter area in Appearance -> Widgets. Just add this prefooter block there.
Hi Serg,
Strange. I did not delete anything. Nor Prefooter neither Widgets. I hope, this developer from Upwork (some help for shipping costs) is not devastating our site.
I rebuilt the prefooter from a backup. But this area on the startpage is not showing correctly.
Any ideas?

Hello,
Could you, please, send screenshot what exactly is wrong with your prefooter on home page?
Regards
Hi Olga,
thanks for your question. Now I realized: Meanwhile my prefooter is shown correctly. This was a caching problem of Safari web browser.
Everything is OK know – thanks for your help!
Regards
You are welcome!
