Blank page when switching language - by optikon

when i switch language, wordpress display blank page in wp-admin this error happens in Royal theme only…

could you please help

sometimes when I activate a plugin or update a new product we have the same error blank page in wp-admin I observed there is a folder languages and when you delete this folder the problem is solved, but it happened again and again….

You provided empty FTP account. Please give us access to the site files.
Also I don’t see language switcher on your site. How can I replicate the problem?

Please try to change Site Language from setings=>Site Language and you can see the error…

sometimes when I activate a plugin or update a new product we have error blank page in wp-admin I observed there is a folder “languages” appears automatically in public_html/loveyewear.gr/wp-content/languages

when you delete this folder the problem is solved, but it happened again and again….

Hello,

I was able to replicate the issue and saw the error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/lensstor/public_html/loveyewear.gr/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 1324

You need contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase memory_limit value.
