I have updated to Legenda 3.03 and updated Visual Composer via FTP to 5.0.1, however I cannot edit pages using Visual Composer.
When I click “Edit with Visual Composer” a blank page comes up and just hangs there but nothing happens.
I have cleared my cache and tried on multiple browsers.

Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check VC editor then.
If the issue still persists please provide FTP credentials.

I’ve reuploaded Visual Composer plugin folder.
Please clear browser cache and check the editor now.
