    Hello,

    Can you please look at my website and help me fix the Image for the Size Guide as it is not working. I am also using a third party plugin for the ZOOM as this is also not working with your theme. I would like to use the ZOOM for the products that come with your website, not a third party plugin.

    Hello,

    As for the size guide issue, it’s related to some plugin.
    Please disable 3rd-party plugins one by one to find it out.
    To have zooming option go Blanco – Theme Settings > Single Product Page > tick “Enable Cloud Zoom for products”.

    Dont you think I already know how to do the ZOOM, I have had this theme for a few years now. The issue is that when you update or WordPress, or other plugins, your Theme breaks for me. I ma not sure why there has always been an issue for me with the Zoom, but I had to install a third party plugin.

    Why dont you login with the credentials I sent you and have a look?

    I get all of those to work, then they dont one day, then I have to contact you. This has been going on for a few years now.

    I resolve to third party plugins because I cannot get the function to work with the theme – Example ZOOM.

    I have looked at your guide time and time again. I have been working with WordPress for a lot of years.
