    Hello,

I reloaded the page several times but couldn’t see the issue.
Does it persist in specific browser?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

    thank you for the answer.
The issue is on any browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari): I sometimes can see it and
I can see it even on mobile devices (Android browser samsung or chrome).

In this moment I can see it on chrome (Linux Ubuntu Studio). Please look the screenshot in private content.

    Kind regards.

    Hello,
I tried to connect to my site using an older browser (Safari 5.0.6) but I cannot access the site. So I just tried to type in the URL http://etc… instead https://etc… Great, in this way it works!
Then I asked to my Host…
Last week I started an SSL certificate (https). Today my host said that on my site there are some elements http and other https. So browser’s security prevents the loading of content such as images and CSS on http.
Could you help me solve, please? I would not want to disable the SSL certificate…

    Thank you

    Hello,

I checked the site again but couldn’t see the issue. I see green padlock when viewing the site with https http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/17/0210/h_1486722661_8527215_b5eb6b4fe5.jpeg .
Please check all pages where you added images or custom links if https is set in url.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

when you view the site there is a green green padlock because (on suggest of my hosting provider) I’ve installed a few hours ago the plugin Fix SSL/Non-SSL Links which has corrected automatically the issue.

Let’s wait and see… if I have other problems, I’ll write you.
    Thanks anyway.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

unfortunately we still have the same problem, in spite of the green padlock.
Firefox says that “some items are not sure have been locked”.
These elements are not the pictures infact I can see them… I also tried to check for ssl errors with https://www.jitbit.com. in private content you can see the screenshot.

    What shall I do?

    Kind regards.

    Hello,

I reloaded Contact Us page several times, but couldn’t see the same issue as on your screenshot.
Are you using the latest browser version. What OS are you checking on?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

now there is a new issue… I use “Legenda child” and it has not been working since one hour… I cannot see even the WP commands (on the top of the screen) when I’m logged there is a white stripe only. You can see it in the screenshot.

Revolution slider does not work and some elements in the pages are not load completely (footer, parallax picture in home, Visual Composer grid in discography etc.).

I also tried to disable W3TC and clean browsers’ cache, but the issue remains.

The site works properly instead with a free theme (Twenty Sixteen) or the parent theme.

My OS is Linux (Ubuntu-Studio 16.04.1 LTS) or Mac OS X.

The screenshot and login credentials are in private content.

    Kind Regards.

    I have just resolved.
The issue(Child theme did not work) was caused because I’ve putted with visual composer (in the static block in the footer 2) “Eight Theme > Product categories”.
Please fix the bug… It could be a problem also for other customers.

    Regards
