Update Xstore to 3.8.1. error - by sugi1119

Hi,

I have faced difficulty to update the theme to 3.8.1.
After click the update button, then the below error message is showing up:

An error occurred while updating XStore: Could not copy file. xstore/theme/plugins/revslider.zip

Please advise what should I do.

Hello,

Very likely problem is related to file permissions. Please, try FTP method to update theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
