Hi there,
I am setting the variable produts to 0 stock so it appears out of stock but…
i choose an attribute, and I push the button add to cart, it gives a signal of sorry you cannot add this product, but after that a message appears saying that you have succefully added the product to the cart…
I believe that this should not appear at all.
at the very end the system does not add the product to the cart but the previous message should not appear…
any idea?

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

Visual Composer v 5.1 but in your site there is only v 5.0.1
Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer v 3.16.9 but it is 0 bytes…

the message still appears after you select a product that it has been added succefully
and then it says that the product cannot be added.

I’ve checked your site and seem it works fine now.
Please check this issue with default Woocommerce theme Storefront and try to disable Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options.
