Problem with woocommerce tabs - by porsaweb

Hi

I have multiple products on my webshop. On the single product page you will find the woocommerce tabs with description/beskrivelse, More information/Yderligere information and the custom tab “vejledning om webordrer”. On some product pages this works fine but on others you cannot click the tabs.

The only difference I can find is a javascript error on the single product pages where it does not work. The settings in backend seems to be identical.

Clicking on a not working tab links to http://dev.porsa.dk/produkt/samleled-4-gren-vinkel/#tab_9 where as the working page does not change the URL. So it seems like some missing javascript.

When can i expect somebody to look at this issue? We are a bit stuck with the site untill this is resolved.

It is a development environment so feel free to activate/deactive plugins etc. However, please dont delete any content.

Hello,

Try to disable zoom effect in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product Page section and then check product tabs.

Hello again

When I disable the zoom effect the tabs are working. It is a solution but do you know why this happens? It would be great if both the zoom effect and the tabs could be working at the same time 🙂
