I have had issues ever since installing the theme.

Firstly the my site keeps crashing and showing an error “502 Bad Gateway

The server returned an invalid or incomplete response.” or it will show that an error “FATAL ERROR: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas01_data02/14/3898614/html/wp-includes/meta.php on line 830”

And secondly it will not load the images on the product pages.

Now I have moved over from another theme as xstore looked much nicer but I need to get these issues sorted.

Here is my website to check: NOTE it is an online adult store – be aware before opening: http://bandlsextoys.com

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I have checked your site with default theme http://prntscr.com/enfwps and see the same issue. Very likely WP can’t autogenerate images that are necessary for the product page, probably because of permissions. Try to Regenerate thumbnails. Go to Tools > Regenerate thumbnails > regenerate all.

I did it for the one product and it works fine now http://bandlsextoys.com/shop/sex-toys/kiiroo-lisa-ann-teledildonic-masturbator/

If you get the message about PHP memory limit it means you are using a lot of additional plugins that require php memory more than you set in your limit. Either disable plugins that require a lot of memory or increase the memory limit.

    Regards
