Good Morning!
There are some strange things happening on my website.
1 – When I go to visit a category of a product it appears “Oops! Page not found” – Take a look please: http://www.chiaduterrace.com/product-category/t-shirts/
2- I add a product to the cart and it does not automatically open the checkout, I put it in the Woocommerce settings But it does not. And worse, sometimes it appears that the cart is empty!
Thanks
Hello,
1. Go to WP-admin panel > Settings > Permalinks > click “Save” button to update the settings.
2. Please check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront, install it in Appearance > Themes and activate. Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.
Let us know the result.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Look, the CPU is always getting maximum .. the hosting company says it’s the site and that nothing can do!
Help me please!
Hello,
We need a full access to the wp-admin panel to check the issue. Also, provide FTP access in Private Content.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Hi Rose!
I already did everything! I already installed cleaning, malware .. and I can not find anything!
Please help me is urgent .. I will put down the FTP and access data. (private contente)
Thanks
Hi.
I do not know what is happening, at this moment I do not have access to “wp-admin”.
The site is visible but I can not access the backoffice .. there must be something that elevate the CPU maximum.
Thanks
Hello,
I also can’t login in your wp-admin. Seems you have some problem with WordPress, because when I activate default theme in FTP, we have the same result. Try to contact your hosting provider support or reinstall WordPress.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
“Wp-admin” has always been working. Since I gave you the access data stopped working .. I noticed that they were moving the folder “theme” and completely lost access. Please correct the situation.
Thanks
Hello,
We only checked theme files on FTP when we couldn’t login in wp-admin. Please, try previous suggestions.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
The site appears and I can not log in to “wp-admin”. It’s been since I gave you the data .. so I ask you to solve the situation. It was all working, only the CPU was peaking. At this moment I can not enter the backoffice .. It’s urgente.
Thanks
Hello,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
Seems you changed access so we can’t login and check anything.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Hi Rose.
I changed the login because on Friday I had to do the site again .. I had to put all the products from scratch, do the translations ..etc
Since you got into FTP I could no longer access the “wp-admin” page. So please be very careful ..
I saw on your support page that there are more people complaining about CPU high so the problem is not just happening to me.
– I have already changed the PHP version to 7.0;
– I have already written in “wp-config.php” not to save garbage versions.
– I already updated wordpress;
– The hosting company will change the CPU from 512 to 1024MB.
Look, I see that the WPBakery Visual Composer asks to be updated but there is no license code.
If they can not solve the situation I will have to report to Envato and say that the template is very troublesome and does not work properly.
Thanks
Hello,
Read more about required version of PHP and configuration limits in our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/index.html#!/demo_data_installation (1.1 Before you start section.)
You need be running PHP 5.6. Our new theme version will be compatible with 7.0.
You can download Visual Composer latest version here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/. Read more in our documentation (3.5 Activation and Purchase Codes)
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
In your documentation it says:
– PHP version: 5.3 or higher;
Can not I have version 7.0?
I have the latest version of your theme.
Why are CPU levels maxed out?
Thanks
Hello,
Please use PHP 5.6, because the current themes version isn’t fully compatible with 7.0. Very likely CPU problem is related to it.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Okay. Done, php 5.3 and we moved to 1024MB memory, let’s see how website behaves.
Another question. I have the website in 3 languages and the products are always duplicated for the remaining 2 languages.
It turns out that when we see the same category (translated) it says it has no products!
See private content please!
In Portuguese and Spanish the shopping page works .. but in English it does not work:
http://chiaduterrace.com/shop/?lang=en
The categories of products are with products inserted there. But the buttons do not work!
Please enter in wp-admin.
Thanks
Why do not you respond to my ticket?
Hello,
When I check category page on different languages seems it works fine https://gyazo.com/1b26ab54920c6b6cb3f1e3a6716167e9
Could you please clarify with more details what exactly buttons do not work?
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Spanigh (NO PRODUCTS): http://chiaduterrace.com/es/tienda/
Portuguese (NO PRODUCTS): http://chiaduterrace.com/colecao/
English (OK): http://chiaduterrace.com/en/shop/
Cpu levels continue at maximum! Look last performance report: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.chiaduterrace.com/Qwnhqdgq
Thanks
Hello,
I’ve checked your shop pages and saw the same situation with official WooCommerce theme – Storefront http://prntscr.com/epsup6. We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with official WC theme Storefront. You need contact WPML support for the solution.
Also, you can see the same CPU test result with default theme http://prntscr.com/epstte
