First we would like to point out how VERY surprised we are that WooCommerce is so primitive on product sorting, considering it is one of the most critical aspects of product sales and conversions. Surely we must be doing something wrong. To the best of our knowledge and ability we tried to setup WooCommerce and Royal theme to the settings we listed below. We noticed that on the 8theme template PAGE for the home page, many of the WooCommerce product sort options are not in the VISUAL COMPOSER ( product settings ) ( Order By ). We currently have it set to Custom Order. WooCommerce SETTINGS is set to Default sorting (custom ordering + name). We have set a custom sort order dragging and dropping products under WooCommerce products that is correctly seen at https://uspremiumejuic.wpengine.com/product-category/brands/.
This custom sort order is not displaying correctly on the homepage with VISUAL COMPOSER. Please help us to set the following product sort hierarchy:

We would like products “ordered by” as follows:

Custom Order + Popularity (Sales) + Average Rating + Date Added

1st ( Custom Order ) initial order priority should be placed on products we placed first and in the order we placed them.

2nd ( Popularity (Sales) ) remaining products with sales would sort by sales.

3rd All Products not having sales and sort-able by ( Popularity (Sales) ) or included in ( Custom Order ), should sort by ( Average Rating )

4th All Products not having sales and sort-able by ( Popularity (Sales) ) or included in ( Custom Order ), or have a ( Average Rating ) Sort by Date Added.

Finally once we resolve the sort order we would like a load more button below each product section or grouping. Ideally when the button is clicked it should load another group of products according to the rules set in VISUAL COMPOSER in this case set to 4 columns and 5 rows or 20 products

    Thank you

    Hello,

Please take our apologies for delay.
There is default woocommerce functionality using for products sorting on shop pages, which can be changed in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and it’s not related to the theme. If you want to customize these products sorting options you need edit woocommerce plugin source files or search for any 3-rd party plugins to achieve what you want. Also you can order customization service here https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme

The Custom Order is working on shop pages. We would like Custom Order to work on the homepage with your theme, how do we do this?
