Changing domain names for install - by freerunner

    I originally uploaded the XStore theme using one of my domains a month or so ago, but I recently decided to change the domain I want to use with this theme, so now when I try to activate the theme it says https://www.screencast.com/t/MXMfXNpt3haR

    Please advise…

    Hello,

    I have checked your purchase code and see that you are using our theme for a few other WP installations. Please, provide me admin panel access to deactivate your theme for the other site and activate it for the new one. Or if you want to use our theme for all these sites you need to buy additional license.

    Hi Olga,

    I deactivated and deleted the theme on the other domains and am still unable to use your theme on my new domain. Here are some login credentials for the new domain I want to use. Please activate the theme, thanks.
