Product slider showing new items when should be sale

Hi, On my homepage I have the products set to only show sale items in the sale tab, but new products are showing up see: http://prntscr.com/esoyjh Please can you see why?

Hello,

I’ve checked this issue with standard Sale products widget and official WooCommerce theme – Storefront, there is the same situation http://prntscr.com/esqs80 http://prntscr.com/esqs44. We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with official WC theme Storefront.
Please note, compatibility of our theme with WooCommerce 3.0 will be added in a new theme update. Don’t update WooCommerce plugin before theme update.
