We have disabled registration functions of our theme and activated it default.
This issue will be fixed in a new theme update.

Sorry for unclear explanation.
Now users can register on your site using default registration form http://prntscr.com/evf62y. You can change some settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts.
So you can unblock emails notification.
We’ll update the theme as soon as possible.
