Can´t save pages after update - by Pregal_Media_Web

    Just updatetd to XStore 3.11 and now I am not able to save pages. I can produce blogs and portfolios but when saving a page I get rederect to

    Page not found 404

    /wp-admin/post.php

    and nothing gets saved.

    I updated the theme by just click update in dashboard (problem?) not the way you suggest in documentation support page

    Hello,

    Pease, provide me temporary access to admin panel and FTP. We’ll check why you get this error.

    Ok of course, see private content.

    I’m not able to save pages and got http 500 error when I uploaded the js-composer folder. So I swiched back to the same older folder to make it work again

    I have updated VC, theme, Redux plugin and did not face problem. Also, I have tried to save project http://i.prntscr.com/d5764e90eac24845ac651d705b20d8ce.png Everything is ok for me.

    Ok, thanks but the problems are still there. Sometimes!!!

    Please try to save an existing page (“sidor” in swedish) and you will face a “404 page not found error” But if you add a new page and make it simple (not Visual composer) it might work. same goes for Testimonials, Portfolio, Kontakt, Posts (inlägg in swedish)

    Seems to work just sometimes.

    Hello,

    I still can’t face this issue http://prntscr.com/ev5rwx
    But if the problem appears from time to time then seems it could be related to your server. Check the server error logs. Do you have errors there?
    Because if the problem is related to theme files then you should face issue every time when you do some action.
