Hello,
When i press “add to wishlist” button(heart), a banner appears and says “no products in the wishlist” and nothing is added to wishlist. I played a lot about settings of plugin but i could not solve the problem. 🙁 Could you please help me? Thanks

A extra information. Wishlist is working with products which came with demo dumb data but it is not working with products which i created. I compared side by side all products’ specs and they are exactly same besides name or categories….

1) Make sure that WC plugin, Wishlist plugin and XStore theme are up to date. Update them if you are using the old versions.
2) Provide admin panel and FTP access.

Seems this is Wishlist plugin issue because it’s not working even with default WP theme and I see that a few users have the same issue and created topic for plugin authors https://wordpress.org/support/topic/yith-wishlist-plugin-not-working/
It could be compatibility issue with new WC version.

So, what should i do? If this is an issue with new WC version, it must be epidemic. I downloaded all things from Envato Market, so those packages were your official things. What about newly buyers’ status? Do they face same problem? Will you make a workaround or fix? Because one of the reasons why i chose your theme was a working wishlist in demo version.

I’m very sorry about this but this is an additional plugin that is included in our theme and we can just wait when they fix that. They have a lot reports about this problem if you check the forum. We have the same issue on our test installs. We have not updated WC on our demo yet.
If you are using the fresh installation you may try to downgrade WC and our theme to the previous versions. I can send you archives if you decide to do this. Or you may wait when YITH team fix the plugin issue. This is a very popular plugin that’s why we think that it won’t take too long time.

Yes, i am at the beginning of a fresh installation. The previous version (downgrade) can be necessary if YITH does stretching about fix duration. So could you please send me archives just in case…
