Udpdate by FTP, ftp error - by Louis - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello!

    When i try to update to the last version, i have this problem : Unable to start the transfert

    4 files still unable to update.

    Do you have suggestion?

    Hello,

    Seems some problems with permissions for your files. Contact your hosting provider.

    I am my own hosting provider. im able to upload all files, execpt these. And only with your theme.

    Another suggestion?

    Hello,

    Nope, as a rule, problems with transferring files are related to hosting. Try to remove or rename old files and copy the new files. Try to extract theme archive via cPanel instead of FTP manual update.
