    When a video is added as the slide’s main background:

    • The video will always autoplay on desktop computers
    • The video will never have any user-controls
    • The video will not autoplay on mobile devices (mobile devices don’t allow this)
    • The video can not be played manually on mobile devices
    • The video’s “Cover Image” will always be shown instead of the video

    that is how the 3rd party rev slider plugin created.

    to over come this issue you have to use video layer.
