Working on test server before going live and I reached the activation limit. After testing I will move the site to the same domain but without the dev prefix. But, I’m still in test mode and will need to conduct 2 more activations. Do I need to purchase more license keys?
We need to verify if you are license owner.
Please, contact us via contact form on ThemeForest.
And provide us your license code https://themeforest.net/user/8theme .
Also, tell us what is the domain where you use our theme.

Please help. I am behind by at least 3 days. Now after update, I am forced to wait until someone helps me to do anything to my site. The update deactivated the theme automatically and I can’t make any adjustments to theme settings.
We also have a site broken because of this update. This is a major issue and should have been tested on your end before releasing it. There is absolutely no reason for a valid license to be invalidated because of an update. We have a few licenses for Xstore. We already submitted something on the Envato contact form. I appreciate your immediate response to this.
Hello, @MyClassCam
Check now, please. Sorry for the delay.

Hello, @bluehiveinteractive
You need to disable the XStore Core plugin and try to activate again. Sorry for this inconvenience.
