Navigation alignment broken after update

    After updating theme to v 3.12, the alignment of the header links on the navigation bar are now shifted over to the right. They should be horizontally aligned to the center.

    It seems the update reset the “Enable cart widget in” setting, which I was able to re-enable easily. But I don’t see a setting to add back wishlist and search. How do we get those back?
