Hello,
All product pages on the English version of my site (https://www.trendyoffers.shop/en/) have a 404 error. Changing permalinks and hitting save didn’t help.
What should I do?

Hello,
I’ve sent the new theme version to your registration emails.
So, you’ll be able to update theme to version that is compatible with WC 3.0.4.
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
I would recommend you before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

Hello,
I updated the theme and the plugins. However, I installed WC 3.0.5 because I couldn’t find the 3.0.4 version.
The 404 error still remains. Worse the products are now displayed below each other as the font size of the product heading increased alot.
Also the single product pages are messed up now: https://www.trendyoffers.shop/Produkt/porthilic-wasserfestes-sport-armband/
How can this be fixed?

I had sent you 3.2 version but on your site http://prntscr.com/f40jr1. Please check and update. Also update all your plugins. To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins). To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Thanks for the quick reply. I managed to update the theme and all but one plugin. Most things work fine now.
However, the product images on https://www.trendyoffers.shop/en/ are far bigger than before and the 404 error still remains.

Hello,
Thanks for the changes. I was able to update one of the two plugins. The other one (WPBakery Visual Composer) is part of the theme and get’s update along with the theme.
The 404 Error is still there. Any suggestions?

Please upload new Visual Composer version via FTP. The archive is located at this page https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/.
Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too. In case, the problem appears with Storefront theme, you need to check your WPML plugin settings.
Also, try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and check your issues.

Now the “ad to cart” button is gone and I can’t reinstall the visual composer.

The matter is really urgent.
I managed to install and activate the visual composer. But the add to cart button and the drop down menu to select variable products is missing.
I don’t have this problem with the standard “Storefront” theme.
What should I do?
