Problem with product variation tab - by dmakwana

Hello,

We are using your theme in one of our website. We are not able to get into product variation tab. It’s just loading with loader. I tried to de-activate ultimate add-on for VC plug-in and it did work fine but it breaks layout. I got the notification that there is update for VC and VC-ultimate add-on.

We got that plug-in with theme so we need to ask you for update. Can you please help me update the plug-ins or to resolve the issue. Currently I am getting following error and I feel it might be because of outdated plug-ins.

“Option ‘ajax’ is not allowed for Select2 when attached to a <select> element.”

Hello,

Please update theme to latest version (http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050, log in with your Envato account credentials and free download the latest version in Downloads section) https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade.
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

i have update the theme …but still facing the problem..It’s just loading with loader

Please, make sure that you use the latest version of Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/
