Hi there;
Today we will move our demo site to the main site, including changing the domain/URL (please see Private Content). Is there anything we should consider related to your theme and its license before proceeding? Some paid plugins are telling us to change the API key for the new domain, for example.
Please let us know. We already asked this a couple of days ago but we need to proceed.

You may be needing to reactivate the theme after moving it.
if you face any issue during the theme activation come back to us with your purchase code

What do you mean by “reactivate” the theme? Once we change domain we just click on the XStore Child ACTIVATE button on the Appearance > Themes section?
One of your colleagues (Rizath) contacted us by email with this message: “You will have to request us to deactivate for current domain to activate the same purchase code for new domain before you change the domain.”
Please confirm which way should we proceed.

Hello,
If you plan to change the domain you need to deactivate theme on the old site. To do this provide me admin panel access to that site. After that you will be able to activate theme on the new domain without any problems.
