OpenSSL Error on activation - by stams - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I get the following error “API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0 version.”

    I have PHP Version 7.0.12 and using BlueHost

    Based on my php info:

    OpenSSL support enabled
    OpenSSL Library Version OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips 11 Feb 2013
    OpenSSL Header Version OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips 11 Feb 2013
    Openssl default config /etc/pki/tls/openssl.cnf
    Directive Local Value Master Value
    openssl.cafile no value no value
    openssl.capath no value no value
