Hi,
I am having problems submitting various forms across my website.
All the forms across the website (I have tried 3 different form plugins), are being submitted by me as a test, but the forms just stay stuck on “sending”, and the browser window is still loading for ages and ages, but eventually the page times out because it does not acknowledge the sending of the form.
At the same time, the form has actually been submitted in the background, because in the backend under form submissions, I can see the data has appeared.
This is happening for user registration form (times out on frontend, but user gets created in backend), contact us form (times out and crashes front end, and form entry logged in backend) and so on.
Plugin author claims its a theme issue and nothing wrong with plugin, and I think this is try because I have tried this with 3 different form plugins.
Any ideas?
You can try send a form here as an example to see what happens:
https://www.trainhardeatharder.com/contact-us/
It used to send the form within 5 seconds.
Thank you, I managed to solve by disabling a specific plugin called: WP-Mail-SMTP
It was conflicting with the email sending.
All good now!
Ok. Great.
Regards
