hi i am having a huge problem with my site, that it is loading really slow. 7.4 seconds! for on load…

what ever i did, didnt help. i installed wp rocket, and moved my hosting to siteground, but no change. i really dont know what else to do. can you please help me.

I am sorry but this is exactly what I did. I have moved to the best server on the world, I have also installed wprocket and I optimized images. But I am not able to get it to load fast enough. I spoke also to wprocket also to the server and both said that this Has to do with the theme. Please help me

first i am really happy that you are taking care of this case.
2. i am really not interested in a refund, i think that this theme is the best in the market.
3. did you login today from ukrine? i got a message that someone loged in from the ukrine. i did think it is a haker so, i immedtliy change the password. if it was you, i am sorry. i am providing you again with the info, so you can login again.
4. it is really taking you guys along time to answer, it would be great if you could speed up the prosess.
5. about the speed issue, as i said, i really dont want a refund, not only that i am going to buy more themes for more clients. but i really need your help with this. as we alredy spoke, it seems like that part of the problem is, becuse that you added code to force the carosel to be rtl, it could help if you could in a next update, update the carosel to the rtl verison, so we will not need it to force to be rtl.
6. if there is anything else that you can do for me, i would really appriciate this.
7. by the law, all of the sites that i build in israel have to be wai-aria acsseble for disabled people, my question is, is the any chance you are planing to add this to the site, becuse right now, i need to pay alot of money, to change your site to be acsseble. i have for you some links to read about this

8. one of the most needed fetures that i really need the theme to have, is some more design options for the tabs in woocommerce – (right now the only option that you have is a underline and left side, if you could ***please*** add more desings, it will really help me with building sites.
9. can you please add more classic shop designs like amazon and aliexpress. here there is a theme that did i good job with this tpye of demo. (i know you have the electronic design – but look at this) it woudl be pretty amazing if you could have a smiliar demo to this.

Hello,

1) Ajax search drop-down is for desktop version only by default but if you want to show it also for the mobile let me know and I’ll send you Custom CSS.

2) Yes, but Massive Addons plugin has some warnings and plugin authors have not released updated version jet.

Take my apologies.
Yes, some our support experts work from that country, don’t worry. Provide info again.
We forced all our efforts on the new update. It takes too much time because we change all the carousels for all the elements we have and need to test every option to avoid problems after update.
Do the following:
– Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN)
– Use cookie-free domains
– Reduce DNS lookups
– Decrease the number of video on your page or enable Defer parsing of JavaScript for them
http://prntscr.com/fq1ozy almost 13 MB of the scripts.
– Enable cache

Once you do this then reply back and we’ll try to remove styles and scripts for the old owl carousel.

7. I passed your request to our developers and we’ll try to improve theme according to these needs after revease of the version 4.0.
8. Thanks for your suggestion, we took into account.
9. Ok, thanks. We’ll try to add something else similar to sites you need.

1. right now i cant enable the cash becuuse i am working on the site, but i will do this after i finish, could you please in the meanwhile remove the extra code for the owl and test to see that it is working with rtl?

3. about this: one of the most needed fetures that i really need the theme to have, is some more design options for the tabs in woocommerce – (right now the only option that you have is a underline and left side, if you could ***please*** add more desings, it will really help me with building sites. -i asked for this BASIC feture a relly long time ago, and also then i was told that you will add this, still didnt happen 🙁

Hello,

We have removed double scripts of the old version of the owl carousel. But if you do not improve video scripts http://prntscr.com/fv8lxu and page size (at present it’s almost 6MB) I don’t think that you get better page speed results.
