Non-homepages not loading in Safari - by rnbutler87

    Hi,

    I’ve just updated Xstore and everything is OK in Chrome but Safari the page just gets stuck on the theme8 egg timer.

    Can you help?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, we can’t log in. Please check.
    Also, provide FTP access in Private Content.

    Hi, I’ve just used those same username and password to log in. I’ve added the credentials again in the private content as well as FTP details.

    Also, just a heads up, the home page loads fine, but it’s other pages that just get stuck on the 8theme loader.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in answering.
    Try to disable all the third-party plugins that did not come bundled with our theme and update all the plugins that came https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/fj4xm4 and check your site.
