Hello,
Something pretty weird happens. I use in one page this woocommerce shortcode [product_category category="accessories, sales" per_page="24" columns="4" orderby="date" order="desc" operator="AND"]. Instead of showing two products which are on sale (two are the products that fulfill the requirements), it shows 24 products which are not on sale.
The page is here: http://update.dantemen.com/accessories-sales/
I am not sure if this is a cause by your theme, I changed to parent and it remains.
Thank you.
The pretty weird thing is that when I change a parameter in the shortcode it fixes, but when I change it back it breaks.
Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
The same result you can see with Storefront theme – official WC theme so works of this shortcode are not related to our theme.
You can use our Products element https://prnt.sc/fmr2l1 to show sale products on the page.

Hello,
Thank you for your answer. Is there another way to achieve this. We have a “Sales” product category, so we need the “AND” operator to work. For example we have an “Outerwear” product Category and we want one page to show the Sales Outerwear products.
Another solution would be to build our own shortcode, but we would like to avoid that!
Thank you.
Hello,
I suggest to use our Products element and set Categories IDs, also please check other options of this element.

Rose Tyler.
