Please, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate official WC theme Storefront. Check if your problem persists with default WC theme. In case, the problem appears only with our theme, please create a topic on our support https://www.8theme.com/forums/ with your details in Private content.

Also, try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins), then check your issue.

I did a test with the official WC theme Storefront, and worked fine. The problem is Xstore theme.

Please, update the theme to latest version. Keep in mind that new version is compatible with WC 3.0 and higher, that’s why you also need to update WC plugin.
Before the update don’t forget to make the backup of all your files and DB. Also, do the export of Theme Options (Theme Options > Import/Export).
After theme update you will need to activate theme using your purchase code. We have added few options for the cart/search/wishlist, so after the update, you will need to choose the position of these elements in Theme Options.
Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

Ok, it works!! But now my custom css doesn’t work, is diferent in some things (the position of the price and short descriptions in thumbnails). I don’t know why.
