Shop/Store not working - by KCMOJoe - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Since updating to the latest version of Woo and WP my site is running VERY slow if it comes up at all. If it does come up the product page doesn’t load and if it does my a few of my products aren’t able to be added to the cart. I’ve checked with my hosting provider and they say it’s a theme or plugin problem. Please help! I also have the following messages (see attached)

Hello,

Please use WC 3.0.8 – https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ – http://prntscr.com/fplpj2.
A new theme version will be compatible with the new woocommerce version.
Our developers are working on the update.

Hello,

Do you have this issue with our theme or with Storefront theme too? In case, the problem appears only with our theme provide wp-admin access in Private Content.
Try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check the problem.

Hi,

Did you downgrade the WooCommerce plugin? Is it possible for pass us the WP Login details in the Private Content, so that we can check what’s going wrong. Try clearing the cache one time.
