I have the “Header overlaps the content” option turned off but my header is still overlapping the content. You can see this happening on this page: http://herps2.wpengine.com/
You can’t see the heading text I have on the page unless I make the header background color transparent. How can I fix this?
It looks like this might only be a problem on the homepage
I think you have ‘checked’ header overlap option in home page.
go to Pages >> home >> edit and scroll down to the section ‘8theme layout options’ the remove the check / pass mark / untick the ‘Header Overlap’

I don’t seem to have those options on my edit page screen. Please see https://ugrdrew.tinytake.com/sf/MTc1NjQwMl81Nzc0MjI4

Hello,
We created that option using metaboxes but you do not install the metaboxes frmaework which is a required one.
install the metabox framework and you will see that option.
