Problem with WordPress and Classico Licence

    Hi! I have a problem with my Classico theme installation. Here’s what happened to me:

    1- I bought & installed Classico yesterday, but after it was installed I realised that I had some problemes with files on my wordpress and old woocommerce outdated, lots of things were off and so I ”destroyed” my wordpress account to start anew, that’s what I was told to do.

    2-After nuking my old account, I created a new account and I tried to install my Classico theme there (same site, same url, but new account on wordpress because I destroyed the old one.) And it’s like it does not grant me access no more (I open it… and white screen + no access to wp).

    I would like to get access to it again, I bought it yesterday and never even got to use it and now I cant open it, and I really need help, is it possible to just sent it to me again, the theme, I really don’t know what to do and I need this theme to make my website.

    Please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

    Hello,

    Ask your hosting provider support to create FTP account to your site files and give us the credentials.

    Thanks so much for your help, we checked some of the requirements and things were off, I did not know and as soon as the hosting tech fixed them I got finaly access to the theme! Everything seems to be going fine, thanks again ans sorry to have bothered you 😉
