X-Store Quantity increments - by AmanziDigital

    Hi Support,

    Our cart and product pages seem to increment by two when we click on the + button (Jumps from 1 to 3) and the same when we click on the minus sign. How can we change this to increment by 1>

    Hello,

    You mentioned your woocommerce version is 4.8
    there is no such version in WC

    what is your exact WooCommerce version..

    Your theme is up to date ( as you mentioned )

    Hello,

    I’ve disabled WooCommerce Quantity Increment plugin and now + and – work fine, also I’ve sent report to our developers, compatibility with this plugin may be added in one of next theme updates.

    Something else strange has happened. The product category pages seem to be broken. It is displaying two images for the same product. Please take a look.

    Please try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins).

    Yep Problem still exists when on the parent theme.

    Please, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and check if the problem still persists with Storefront. After that, you may enable XStore theme again. Let me know about the results.

    I installed and activated Storefront theme. The problem was not on Storefront. Activated XSTore parent theme and problem is there.

    Did you do a backup before that? All my styles are gone from the theme

    It was bit strange problem, we simply re-upload theme files to solve this problem.

    Hi,

    I just logged back into the site and found that it had gone blank. I disabled all of the plugins and turned them all back on one by one and discovered that the Redux Framework plugin is causing the issue.

    Please, can you take a look?

    After a process of elimination, I have discovered that the problem is when I choose the double menu header type. http://www.amanzimedia.com/dishy/wp-admin/admin.php?page=_options&tab=11

    Check the destination folder of FTP. At present, we can see only empty folder http://prntscr.com/gk7hax
    We need access to your WP root directory.
