Can I eliminate the black load screen with the 100% graphic?

Where do I find the option to not use the black page load swipe? My client really dislikes it.

Is there a way to choose no loading graphics?

I found the setting to turn this off. Under theme Options > General >

Show loader icon until site loading
OFF

So far so good : )
