Hi there I wish to place social link icons in the header.
I have removed the default social sharing links succesfully and now wish to replace this with social link icons in the header.
I have tried creating a static block and then using this in a widget area but this does not display anything.
I have also tried copying the code of the static block and then pasting this into the Header HTML section in theme settings.
I would also like some help in changing the background colour on the Homepage. As can be seen there is a white strip before the Footer. I have tried changing the page background colour from the them settings on the page however this does not have any effect.

Hello,
When I select your custom header it works http://prntscr.com/g3vrm8 or you may change header content in file of header structure.
header type in Theme Options / header-structure-.php file
1 1
2 1
3 1
4 1
5 1
6 2
7 2
8 3
9 1
10 4
11 4
12 4
13 5
14 5
15 1
16 1
17 6
18 2
We recommend you to make changes in a child theme.
Regards
Thanks for this!
I have tried creating a full header using a custom block however the menu style gets lost.
I have now copied header-structure-2.php to my child theme. Am I correct in assuming that I need to edit the below line:
<div class=”tbs blog-description”><span><?php echo etheme_get_option(‘header_custom_block’); ?></span></div>
What would I need to change to enable the use of a widget or static block on the right to allow social icons?
Hello,
I’ve changed your custom css, so now Header custom HTML is shown.

Thanks! I see it was working until I made one change to the custom HTML to make it not the colorful version. Now the icons are not displaying any more.
Hello,
I’ve added code in your Custom css and you may change color http://prntscr.com/g48kte

Thanks! All seems to be sorted out now.
You’re welcome!
