Plugins won't install - by zachweisman

There are two required plugins with this theme, but when I click install they download, unpack, but won’t install.

I get the following error message.

Downloading install package from http://a1b.8e6.myftpupload.com/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/plugins/revslider.zip…

Unpacking the package…

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

AND

Downloading install package from http://a1b.8e6.myftpupload.com/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist.zip…

Unpacking the package…

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hello,

You can try to upload the plugins via FTP in the wp-content/plugins folder and then activate them in admin panel.
If the issue still persists please provide us with the login details to admin panel and FTP in Private Content.
