Footer Style is not working - by quorumlab

IN the agency one version of royal theme , we have a the theme options on the dashboard. when you choose the footer styles there are a fwe choices with nice columns and blocks. I choose my desired demo footer and nothing comes out.. i still get a straight up and down footer. no columns or styling. Can you please indicate how to install the footers in theme options?
