Legenda 3.3 upgrade – Can NOT modify menus

I have used this theme for a few years. I recently upgraded to v3.3 and found that I can not modify the menus. I will select a page/post and add to the menu, it will populate the menu-hierarchy on the right. When I click save, it gives me a ton of errors:

I get the same set of errors when I try and delete a menu item as well

In an effort to troubleshoot this, I disabled all the plugins. No success

I also switched to default theme of twenty-fifteen and tried to add menu items again. SUCCESS…

So I do have a work-around for the issue, but it is a pain to have to switch to a standard wp theme just to change menus, then switch back to the “production” one.

My server config:
PHP: 5.6.30
Nginx: 1.4.6
mysql: 5.6.33

Tried both Chrome & Firefox browsers (latest on both). Chrome is my defacto standard, as the dev-tools cant be beat. (error message above from chrome devtools)

I scanned your form, and saw one suggestion where the user had a “0” in a col-width for menu. I do not have that option with the menu items.

Additionally, with Chrome dev-tools open, and just browsing to the site, there is an error:

The domain-name above is a fqdn that is resolvable by external dns.
