Hello,
I am working with a client to create a Danish webshop with the Xstore theme
I’ve noticed that some strings are not translated to Danish in the theme, for example “Billing address” and “shipping address” in the checkout flow.
Using a default theme, like Twenty Seventeen, I can see that the Woocommerce translation to Danish works fine on these items. However, when switching back to Xstore it does *not* work and some items are in Danish and some in English, as mentioned in the example above.
Furthermore, when I go to Loco Translate and try to add a new language for Xstore theme, the language list will not load.
So the million dollar question is:
– Can I do something with Xstore theme to make this translation work, as it should per your documentation (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/)?
– Or is there a Plugin problem – or some other problem?
I’d be grateful for your help in trying to solve this issue and have provided you with the details below to check the site’s setup backend.

Hello,
Please check theme requirements https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ and update your server settings according to these requirements.
Also, provide FTP access in Private Content.
Regards
Thank you.
All theme requirements check out or have been updated, except max execution time which is not allowed t be above 50 by the host, unfortunately. I hope this will not the decisive factor in solving the problem?
FTP access provided in the private sec.
Please try to translate theme now http://prntscr.com/ghbpcv.

It works – thank you very much for your help! 🙂
You’re welcome!
