    Hi there,

    The backend editor of “Visual Composer” doesn’t load its content anymore. Can you please let me know what I should do to fix this?

    Also the product slider doesn’t show the most recent products anymore. Not sure if this is related to the Visual Composer issue?

    Hello,

    You need to use appropriate woocommerce and theme versions http://prntscr.com/gi5s1b so please update theme to latest version
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/installation_upgrade
    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ to avoid problems with old files.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

    Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    Hi,

    We updated both WooCommerce and the theme, but the issue with Visual Composer still occurs.

    Can you please help us out? We just switched back to the old theme for now, but we can easily switch back to the updated version within wordpress.

    Also, you need update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins).
    To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ .

    Hi,

    Thank you for your support.

    We updated the plugin and Visual Composer is working again!

    The VC element by EightTheme to show products in a slider just stopped working. Although we add the slider several times, it doesn’t show up. Could you help me out with this?

    Please activate on your site the latest theme version and update store DB http://prntscr.com/gndyc3

    The product slides still doesn’t show though. Any other ideas? 🙂
