    Go to Appearance > Themes > enable default WooCommerce theme Storefront and check if everything works fine with the default theme. If with Storefront your problem will be solved, please update xstore to the latest version. Let me know result.

    this did not resolve, with Storefront also store is not visible

    This means that problem doesn’t relate to theme and you need to contact woocommerce support.
