Contact Form 7 Two Column Rows - by Su Flo

We are trying to transform the generic contact form 7 into a form with three rows of two columns, a subject dropdown field and a message box.

Having tried to copy in code from various sources none of them seem to work.

Is there something programmed into the backend of XSTORE which prevents such codes from functioning properly?

Also, is there any source we could refer to that you could recommend?
