Post / page and product editor loading slowly with Visual composer enabled

Hi, Support,

My editor pages/posts are loading very slowly. However, the admin, plugin, theme and front-end pages load fast. The posts/pages load faster if I disable visual composer. I have deleted the plugin and uploaded the latest version. I have also tested disabling all other plugins which had little impact.

Please, can you look into this.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we are not plugin developers and can do nothing with its speed. If you have suggestions about plugin speed you need to contact plugin author https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431

I was hoping you would be able to help me find out what is wrong with it as I am using this theme on about 5 different websites. Cant understand why it is loading slowly on this particular site.Are you able to see any errors on your end?

Hello,

We don’t see any errors in console, but can’t provide you more information because we are not plugin authors and we don’t work with its core files. We are theme developers and it’s our specialization, not plugins. That’s why I would recommend you to contact the plugin author.
