Variations are not displaying correctly - by bmantch

I am a very very novice user. I have set up my variations like I did on a different them and they seem to be displaying differently. On my current site my main picture is large and my variation is small and located beneath the main pic. On this new theme the pics are the same size and stacked on top of each other. Any ideas? The new site is still being developed and is still behind closed doors.

Hello,

Please try to enable the ‘Enable slider for gallery images’ option in Theme Options->Single Product Page.

That option is enabled on the single product page. It appears that maybe more than one feature is trying to control the display.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is a compatibility conflict with WooCommerce Additional Variation Images plugin, you may try to disable the plugin and check the gallery. Woopress theme and the plugin use different carousel types that can’t work together. A fix for it requests a lot of additional customization in files. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
You can either contact plugin author to get help or contact WPKraken team to make customization of theme files.
