The support team told me that I needed to update my theme. The update caused a major issue with the site. The theme doesn’t appear to be working. I tried installing the theme several times and in several ways and have received errors. Can you please help?
Hello,
Very likely problem was caused by old WooCommerce version. We have updated WooCommerce plugin, sliders plugins, installed theme and did not face any problems. Check now, please.

Olga Barlow
Thank you. The theme is updated but many of my updates to the theme are missing. Is it because of the custom.css file?
I do not see the custom.css file now that the theme has been updated. Should I upload this from my backup? If that is the case, please let me know that custom.css is the correct file name and I need to know where to find it and and where to put it. I did not find instructions for updating the theme but if I missed them, my apologies for asking.
Please let me know how to get my Blanco website back to the pre-theme-update stage of development.
Thank you.
Hello,
If you have a back up you need copy custom.css file into wp-content/themes/blanco directory via FTP.

Eva Kemp.
I also need the new update for Blanco wordpress. how do you do that again? Woo commerce is wanting to run the updater all the time and this. Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.
This what i got from woo commerce

Hi there Tim,
I’d love to help you get this cared for. 🙂
As to the issues, they are actually easily taken care of.
You updated the files of the plugin, which is awesome, and then it needed to update your database to take full use of the new features and settings of 2.2 (I took a database backup, and then did this for you.)
You should contact your theme developer to see if there is an update for your theme, as only theme developer can do that for you. It shouldn’t cause too much issue, but if you notice anything weird happening, this might be it. You can hide the notice, if you’d like.
We built the plugin that you were using into the actual WooCommerce plugin, so you can just deactivate it. (I did this for you already)
Hello Tim1212,
Sorry for the inconvenience, in the next theme update it will be fixed.
Wait a little.
You can hide this message. It does not affect the performance of your website.

Robert Hall.
Okay thanks for the update, just checking.
Hello,
You’re welcome.
